Product Introduction
Oscillating feeder is usually used as the feeding equipment combining ball
mill with ore belt conveyor,with two modes of adjusting the quantity of ore
fed:adjusting the eccentricity of eccentric wheel; adjusting the flashboard
discharging ore.
Operating Principle
The
oscillating feeder can be installed on the ground or onto discharge port of one
bin. The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement. Stroke can be
adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half of the
stroke.According to experience of some mines sites, the eccentric throw should
no less than 30mm for cohensive ore. The chute width is 2--2.5 times of maximum
feeding granularity. The biggest chute feeder can supply ore with granularity
less than 500mm.
