Product Introduction

KSP-5 concrete spraying machine (wet spraying machine) is mainly used for iron (public) road tunnel project. Equipment is easy to operate, low dust, low rebound, protect the environment and improve the quality of shotcrete, a special vibration hopper can successfully enter the concrete batching systems, standard metering pump to accurately add accelerator.Conveying speed vortex flow of low pressure, the working principle of injection close to overcome the plugging pulse, segregation problems. Structure

KSP-5 type wet spraying machine is consisted of mainly driving electric motor, reducer, the rotor body assembly, sealing plate, hopper seats, nozzle, vibrating hopper, sleeve, pressed bodies and accelerator conveyor systems, air duct systems and electronic control devices and other components.

Technical feature
